This is the 2025 Christmas Cask from Lark, a single malt from Australia in a 50cl bottle at 43% ABV.
It was aged in a selection of first-fill port and sherry casks, then finished in red wine barrels from Frogmore Creek. Those barrels were seasoned with a fruit mince pie jus from Jean Pascal Bakery, giving a festive character built around bold flavours.
