A four-year-old straight wheat whiskey from Laws Whiskey House in Colorado, bottled at 50%. It is made entirely from Centennial wheat, a heirloom spring soft white variety from a single season's harvest, grown in the San Luis Valley, and was the first wheat whiskey to be bottled in bond in Colorado.
It spent over four years in new 53-gallon charred oak barrels.
The nose offers mountain strawberries, orange marmalade, alpine meadow and wildflower honey, while the palate brings jasmine tea, sage, spruce tips and pink peppercorn.
