Laws Four Grain Straight Bourbon

Laws Four Grain Straight Bourbon is a bourbon made from heritage corn and heirloom varieties of wheat, barley and rye, grown on two family farms in Colorado. The grains are cooked using traditional, labour-intensive methods, and the mash is fermented in the open air, on the grain, as a sour mash. The bourbon then spends a minimum of three years in 53-gallon charred white oak barrels, where the high-altitude climate acts on it every day.
