Les Enfants Bianco

A white wine from Villa Russiz. Whole grapes are placed in a pneumatic press, then the must is moved to temperature-controlled fermentation tanks after an initial racking. The wines are blended at the end of fermentation and remain on fine lees for at least seven months, then bottled eight to nine months after harvest. It suits an aperitif and accompanies starters, dry soups and broths, fish dishes, and is special with fried fish.
