The grapes are entirely hand-harvested, then destemmed in the cellar and fermented and macerated for about 15 days. After racking, part of the wine matures in oak vats and part in steel, with blending at the end of fermentation. The wine shows fruity, spicy and pleasantly herbaceous notes from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. It pairs well with charcuterie, beef tartare and carpaccio, and spit-roasted chicken.
