Limeburners Beer Finish Single Malt (70cl)

This is a single malt from the Great Southern Distilling Company in Albany, Western Australia, in a 70cl bottle. It is made with barley grown in Western Australia and spring water from limestone aquifers beneath the distillery. The whisky is matured in second fill American oak barrels that previously held Bourbon, then finished in casks seasoned with beer, prepared in collaboration with local craft brewers.
