Limeburners – Peated Australian Single Malt Whisky (70cl, 48%)

Limeburners Peated is an Australian single malt, bottled at 48% in a 70cl bottle. The malt is gently smoked with peat taken from near the Valley of the Giants, and the whisky averages 5 to 8 years old. On the nose it has poached pear, cardamom, vanilla bean and charred marshmallow. The palate brings cardamom, light spices, smoke and eucalypts, and the finish is long, with salted cashew and toasted cereal.
