Little Book 'The Infinite' is a blended straight whiskey from the Little Book Project, created by fifth-generation whiskey maker Freddie Noe. This is the 2025 release, Batch #2, bottled at 60.4% ABV. It does not follow a single mash bill or age statement. Instead it brings together barrels chosen for different strengths: some with corn sweetness and molasses depth, others with rye spice, toasted oak and a lingering finish. It is non-chill-filtered. On the palate come oak spice, rich fruit compote, caramel and toasted grain, with a long, warming finish.
