Little Book The Infinite Edition II is the second release in Freddie Noe's The Infinite series, a bourbon blended from three distinct bourbons distilled by three generations of Noe family master distillers. It was bottled by the James B. Beam Distilling Company in Clermont, Kentucky, as a 2025 release in a 750ml bottle. It is bottled uncut at 60.4% ABV, or 120.8 proof, and is burnt copper in colour. The nose is fresh apple and pear with caramel and light char. Vanilla, caramel and apple lead the palate, with hints of dark stone fruit, and the long, warm finish brings mature oak, smoke and toasted barrel.
