Thinkers Dew of B'Dolah is a bourbon from Liwaldo, in a 70cl bottle at 47% ABV. It is distilled in the USA from a kosher wheat mash and matured in oak casks.
The whiskey then spends six months at sea, crossing the Atlantic and the Mediterranean, before maturing for a further three and a half years in Haifa, Israel. Its name comes from a Kabbalistic term.
It is described as having notes of vanilla, toffee, chocolate, roasted wood and coffee, with a soft rum character.
