Llopart Brut Reserva Rosé 2021 Penedès (75cl)

Llopart Brut Reserva Rosé is a 2021 sparkling rosé from Penedès in Spain, built on Monastrell with Grenache and Pinot Noir in a blend of 60%, 20% and 20%. The grapes are picked by hand and whole-pressed after a short skin maceration, which gives the wine its colour and aroma. The musts ferment at low temperature, and the bottles then rest in a dark cellar at constant temperature and humidity for more than 18 months before disgorgement and a Brut dosage. The colour is a pale cherry-pink with small, steady bubbles. The aroma is led by forest fruits, red apple and a balsamic note. The palate opens with power and good structure, and its acidity keeps everything in balance through a long aftertaste.
