This is a 7 year old single malt from Lochlea in Ayrshire, bottled at 50% in a 70cl bottle. It was put together from seven bourbon casks chosen from the distillery's on-site warehouses, each adding its own flavours.
The palate is creamy, with stewed apples, tropical fruit and sweet oak. The finish brings buttery pastry and spice, along with the cereal note that is Lochlea's signature.
