This batch combines Oloroso sherry butts with ex-Islay peated casks.
The nose is full and fruity, with ripe red fruit, light peat smoke and barbecue smoke. On the palate come cherry and dark berries, brown sugar, digestive biscuit, spiced biscuits and more barbecue smoke.
