Lochlea – Harvest Edition 2nd Edition (70cl)

Lochlea Harvest Edition 2nd Edition is a single malt from Lochlea Distillery in Ayrshire, in the Lowlands, in a 70cl bottle. The independent, family-run distillery was set up in the old buildings of Lochlea Farm and began production in August 2018. It is run by John Campbell, formerly manager at Laphroaig. The farm was home to the poet Robert Burns from 1777 to 1784. The barley is grown and harvested on the farm itself, and the water comes from limestone springs beneath the distillery, so the whisky can be traced from field to bottle.
