Lochlea Harvest Edition Second Crop is a single malt Scotch whisky matured in a combination of port casks, STR casks (shaved, toasted and re-charred) and first-fill bourbon casks. It has a fruity, creamy character.
The coral-red label was chosen to reflect the Ayrshire soil, which turns a sunset shade after the barley harvest.
It is bottled at 46% ABV, without chill-filtration and without added colour.
