Dark Briar is a single malt from Lochlea Distillery and part of its new core range, inspired by the Fallow Edition.
It is matured in a combination of Pedro Ximenez sherry butts, Oloroso sherry butts and Port casks. It is bottled at 46% ABV, with natural colour and no chill-filtration.
The flavour is described as layers of juicy red fruits, ginger cake and velvety baking spice.
