Lochlea – Sowing Edition 2023 Second Edition (70cl, 46%)

This is the second Sowing Edition from Lochlea, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It belongs to a seasonal series that shows the distillery's style four times a year, tied to the calendar of the working farm where it is made. The 2023 release was matured entirely in fresh first-fill ex-bourbon casks. They were kept in a different, higher part of Warehouse #1, and the whisky had an extra six months in cask.
