Lochlea – Sowing Edition Third Crop (70cl, 46%)

A Lowland single malt from Lochlea, the third and final Crop in the Sowing Edition trilogy. The limited edition is inspired by spring on the farm, when barley seed is sown. It was matured only in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels and bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle, with no chill filtration or added colour. The nose offers delicate almonds and rose petals. The palate brings white pepper, apple blossom and crisp pear, and the finish is gentle, with warm straw and freshly cut grass.
