Longrow Peated Malt (70cl, 46%)

Longrow Peated Malt is a single malt from the Longrow brand of Springbank Distillers, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour. Peat is clearly present, giving the whisky a smoky, earthy character with some sweet and fruity touches. The nose has campfire smoke and a salty sea breeze with subtle caramel or honey. On the palate, vanilla, citrus and spice sit on the smoky base. The finish is long, dry and warming, with lingering peat and light spice.
