Los Siete Misterios Coyote Mezcal (70cl)

Los Siete Misterios Coyote is a Mexican mezcal made from the Coyote variety of agave, which gives the spirit herbal notes. The brand began in 2010 with the Mestre brothers, working with small local mezcal producers. The range is made by traditional methods: earth ovens, hand milling, natural fermentation and double distillation in copper or clay stills. The nose shows cherry, mango and pear alongside strong notes of cooked agave. The palate follows the nose, intense yet round and balanced, with a long finish. It is meant for drinking neat or over ice.
