Los Siete Misterios Ensamble Espadín, Cuishe, Tobalá, Tepeztate (70cl)

Los Siete Misterios Ensamble is a Mexican mezcal in a 70cl bottle, made by blending four types of agave: Cuishe, Tobalá, Tepeztate and Espadín. It belongs to a line of blended mezcals from the brand, which was founded in Mexico in 2010. The agaves are cooked in a conical underground oven using wood and river stones. Fermentation is natural, in wooden vats with wild yeasts and spring water, and the spirit is then distilled twice in a copper still.
