Los Siete Misterios Tobala (70cl)

Los Siete Misterios Tobala is a Mexican mezcal made from Tobala agave, a small variety that grows only at high altitude and gives low yields. It is produced by traditional methods: earth ovens, hand milling, natural fermentation and double distillation in hand-made clay pots. The nose is vegetal, with delicate smoke and pepper. On the palate it is complex yet balanced and notably soft. The finish is long, round and deep, led by cocoa and tobacco, with a touch of lemon peel and agave.
