Low Gap Blackwell's Bourbon Club is a single barrel bourbon bottled at 41% ABV. It was produced in Mendocino, California, under the Low Gap name and selected for the Blackwell's Bourbon Club.
As a single barrel bottling, it reflects the character of one cask. The style is creamy and rounded, with sweetness and a structure of oak and spice rather than heat.
The nose is described as creamy vanilla and caramel, then toasted oak, baking spice, cocoa and a little baked apple or pear. The palate is smooth, with caramel, toffee, vanilla cream, cinnamon and nutmeg, and the finish is medium, clean and gently drying.
