The Workhorse is a Kentucky straight bourbon from Lucky Seven Spirits, bottled at 97 proof. This is batch 02, blended by Ashley Barnes.
It is the newest expression from the brand, named for the idea of a bourbon that, like a trusted workhorse, never lets you down.
The tasting notes describe poached pear, silky tobacco and toasted pecans.
