A white Italian wine from Cà dei Frati, made from Turbiana grapes from the Lake Garda area.
It is bright golden yellow, with aromas of ripe pear, peach, citrus, almond and vanilla from maturation in oak barrels. On the palate it is rich and enveloping, with balanced acidity and freshness, and notable persistence.
It pairs well with substantial fish dishes, white meat and fresh cheeses.
