Ronchedone is a red wine from Lombardy, near Lake Garda, presented in a 375ml bottle. It is made mainly from Marzemino, Sangiovese and Cabernet grapes.
The wine is deep ruby red with violet hues. It shows ripe red fruits such as cherry and plum, along with spicy and vanilla notes from ageing in barrique. On the palate it is robust and structured, with chocolate and coffee notes, balanced acidity and soft tannins.
It is suited to red meats, game and mature cheeses, and is best served at about 16-18°C.
