A rosé from Cà dei Frati, made mainly from Groppello with Marzemino, Sangiovese and Barbera.
It has a delicate powder-pink colour and aromas of fresh red fruit, cherry and subtle floral notes. On the palate it is elegant and balanced, with lively acidity and a persistently aromatic finish.
Serve chilled as an aperitif or with light dishes such as summer salads, fish or poultry.
