Lugana DOC I Frati from Ca dei Frati is a white wine from the Lugana area between Lake Garda and the hills of southern Lombardy, made from Turbiana, also known as Trebbiano di Lugana. This magnum format suits sharing and optimal keeping. Careful vinification and ageing highlight the grape's fresh, mineral character while maintaining balance between roundness and acidity. In the glass it is bright straw yellow, with intense aromas of white flowers, green apple and almond notes evolving into delicate minerality. On the palate it is fresh, harmonious and persistent, with a structure that invites lingering over the glass. It pairs well with fish, shellfish and delicate risottos.
