Lustau Vermut Tinto is a red vermouth from Bodegas Lustau in Andalucía, Spain. It blends two wines, each aged separately in the traditional solera and criaderas system of Jerez: a dry, nutty Amontillado made from Palomino, and an intense, sweet Pedro Ximénez.
The blend is macerated with botanicals, chiefly sage, gentian, coriander, wormwood and orange peel.
It works as an aperitif, with olives and nuts, or served chilled over ice with a twist of orange peel.
