Macallan 25 Year Old 1997 is a Speyside single malt selected by Signatory Vintage for its Symington's Choice range. It matured in a single first-fill Oloroso sherry butt, number 12/3, and was bottled in July 2023 at 25 years of age. The release was limited to 649 individually numbered bottles. The sherry cask shows in rich fruit, spiced oak and a velvety mouthfeel.
