The final edition of The Macallan's Harmony Collection, inspired by fresh coconut and bottled at 46.3% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The coconut character comes from sherry seasoned American oak casks chosen for their high levels of oak lactones, together with bourbon casks. The box is made from paper that includes discarded coconut fibres.
The nose combines fresh coconut, lime, lemon, orange, mango and papaya with vanilla, almond and sweet oak. On the palate are lime, vanilla sponge, desiccated coconut and coconut milk, and the finish is bright and floral.
