Macallan – M Black Decanter 1824 Master Series 2019 Release Limited Edition (70cl)

The Macallan M Black is a limited edition Speyside single malt from the 2019 release of the 1824 Master Series. It comes in a black crystal decanter made by Lalique to a design by Fabien Baron. The six facets of each individually numbered decanter refer to the six pillars of The Macallan. The whisky combines classic Macallan character with a peated note, giving a subtly smoky single malt. The nose has vanilla cream sweetness, light wisps of smoke and earthy dark chocolate. On the palate, dried fruit and citrus give way to rich peat smoke. The finish is long, with sweet dried fruit and sweet peat.
