Macallan M Decanter MMXX is a Speyside single malt from 2020, a travel retail exclusive supplied in a 70cl decanter. It forms part of the Macallan 1824 Series.
On the nose there are date, fig, ginger, nutmeg and baked apple, with butter pastry, aniseed and fudge, then antique oak and fresh tobacco. Ginger and nutmeg lead the palate, followed by sticky date, orange oil and dark chocolate. The finish is long, with warming wood spices, ginger and raisin.
