Macallan Inspired By Intense Arabica is a Speyside single malt from The Harmony Collection, a series the distillery devotes to sustainable practices and inspiration from the natural world. This release takes the character of Arabica coffee as its focus, and comes in a 70cl bottle.
The nose has dark roasted coffee and cocoa, with toasted hazelnut and a little dried fruit and vanilla beneath. The palate is full-bodied, with espresso, bitter chocolate and delicate spice, balanced by Macallan's sweetness. The finish is long and warming, with dark coffee and oak.
