Macallan – Time:Space Mastery 200th Anniversary 2024 (70cl, 43.6%)

Macallan Time:Space Mastery is a limited edition released in 2024 to mark the 200th anniversary of Macallan. It draws inspiration from the whisky makers of the past and uses a range of cask styles to build layers of aroma, texture and flavour. It is bottled at 43.6% ABV in a 70cl bottle, and the round bottle stands for the cycle of life. The nose is rich with Medjool dates, baked figs and milk chocolate, with honey and tropical notes of dried mango and ripe papaya. The palate has sherried dried fruit, orange marmalade and honey, with ginger and cinnamon. The finish brings caramelised pineapple, vanilla, dark chocolate and coffee.
