The fourth release of the Macallan Harmony Collection, made with Cirque du Soleil and marking Macallan's 200 year anniversary. The single malt was matured in first fill sherry seasoned American oak casks and refill sherry casks, selected for classic American oak flavours. The label shows a human figure entwined in the branches of an American oak tree.
The nose has vanilla bean, sherbet and lime zest, then pears in vanilla sponge cake. The palate brings creamy vanilla panna cotta and buttery shortbread, and the finish is medium and sweet, lingering gently.
