Macallan Whisky Maker's Edition 1930s Propeller Plane is a limited-edition, no-age-statement Speyside single malt from the Macallan distillery in Craigellachie. It was made in partnership with the British photographer Nick Veasey.
The nose is spicy and sweet, with marmalade, cocoa, orange rind, chocolate, coffee beans and cinnamon. The palate is thick and luscious, with juicy ripe fruits, date cake, cedar, sherried peels and fudge. The finish is long and spiced, with a note of Jaffa cakes.
