A Swedish single malt made by Mackmyra to mark the 25th anniversary of the distillery, which was founded in 1998. It matured in former cognac and calvados casks and is bottled at 46.4%, non-chill-filtered and without added colour.
The nose offers fresh apple peel and white grapes, with creamy vanilla, stewed pear and a hint of dry cedar shavings. The palate is soft and round, with dried apricot, nutmeg, oak spice and a touch of caramel syrup. The finish is medium in length, with soft vanilla, gentle spice and a trace of ripe fruit over light wood.
