Mack is an original bottling from the Swedish distillery Mackmyra, a single malt in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV. It is unpeated and matured in 200-litre ex-bourbon casks, which leave the oak restrained and let a light fruit and vanilla character come through. It is chill-filtered and has added colour.
The nose shows pear, apple and citrus with vanilla and honey, and some herbs and mild spices. On the palate come vanilla, orange and apricot, with honey, cinnamon and almond in the background. The finish is fairly short, with pear and vanilla and soft oak.
