Mackmyra – Moment Solsken (70cl, 52.6%)

Mackmyra Moment Solsken is a Swedish whisky finished in sherry casks, in a 70cl bottle at 52.6% ABV. Its name means sunshine. It is the eighth release in the Moment series, which is drawn from the distillery's most exclusive casks and handpicked by its Master Blender. The whisky is inspired by Sweden's long, warm, reddish sunsets. The nose is oaky, nutty and fruity, with clear butterscotch. On the palate, dried fruit and butterscotch play over fresh herbs. The finish is long and fruity, with soft, spicy oak.
