Maculan Acininobili Veneto Bianco Passito IGT (75cl)

Maculan Acininobili is a sweet passito white from the Veneto, made entirely from Vespaiola grapes picked and selected by hand, berry by berry. Maculan is a small family winery in Breganze, on the Asiago plateau. The wine ferments in temperature-controlled steel tanks, then ages for 24 months in barrique and a further 12 months in bottle before release. The nose is intense and spiced, with acacia honey, dried and candied fruit, raisin and tropical hints. The palate is sweet and enveloping, ending in a very long, refreshing finish.
