A French single malt from the family-owned Maison Peyrat, and the oldest whisky the house has released so far. It spent seven years in bourbon casks and is bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky is of natural colour and unfiltered. It was awarded Silver by the IWSC in 2024.
Maison Peyrat began as a Cognac house, created by Henri Peyrat in the early twentieth century, and is now run by the family's later generations.
