Cellar Aged is a cask strength Kentucky straight bourbon from Maker's Mark, released in 2023 at 57.8% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is a limited release and the brand's oldest bourbon to date.
It blends whiskies aged for 11 and 12 years, which were then aged further in the distillery's underground limestone cellar. The age is set for each annual release according to how the available barrels are tasting.
The nose offers dark stone fruit and caramelised sugar.
