Maker's Mark is a Kentucky bourbon that contains a small percentage of wheat. It is gold with amber glints. The nose is broad, with liquorice, wood and vanilla, a slight burnt note and a touch of rubber. The palate is fairly dry and develops on walnut, raisin and plum, and the long finish carries peach skin.
