Malvasia Del Salento IGP - 12 e mezzo - Varvaglione (12.5%)

A white wine from Malvasia grapes, produced by Varvaglione in the Salento. It is part of the 12 e mezzo line, named for its moderate 12.5% alcohol. The wine is straw yellow with golden reflections, with intense floral and fruity aromas of peach, apricot, honey and white flowers. On the palate it is fresh and well balanced, with pleasant acidity, soft structure and a light savouriness that lengthens the finish. Serve chilled as an aperitif, or with light fish dishes, seafood starters and fresh cheeses.
