A red wine made from 100% Negroamaro grapes from Salento. It has an intense ruby red colour with violet hues.
The nose shows ripe red fruits such as cherry and blackberry, with spicy and balsamic notes and a light touch of vanilla from wood ageing. On the palate it is structured and balanced, with soft tannins and typical Negroamaro acidity, leading to a long, satisfying finish.
It pairs well with roast meats, game and aged cheeses, or can be enjoyed on its own. The alcohol content is 12.5%.
