Manly Spirits – Coastal Stone Xplore Blended Whisky (70cl, 40%)

Manly Spirits Coastal Stone Xplore is a blended whisky made from a blend of Australian grains, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in ex-bourbon American oak and ex-Australian Shiraz barrels, and is made to be enjoyed neat or in whisky cocktails. The bottle is sculpted glass, its textured surface modelled on the eroded Sydney coastline. The nose offers tropical fruit, honeysuckle and sweet spice. Butterscotch, marshmallow and molasses come through on the palate with juicy red apple, and the finish is long and refreshing, with pumpkin spice and caramel.
