This is a 12 year old Mannochmore single malt from Speyside, bottled by The Single Cask for its Ronin series. It was distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2023, producing 132 numbered bottles.
The whisky matured in a single first-fill quarter cask that previously held Catoctin Creek rye whiskey (cask 1602). It is bottled without chill-filtration or added colour.
The flavours are described as vanilla, toasted oak, peppery rye spice, caramel sweetness and orchard fruits.
