Marc Brédif Vouvray 2024 is a Loire Valley white wine made from 100% Chenin Blanc, in a lightly off-dry style. The grapes come from vineyards around Vouvray and Vernou-sur-Brenne, on soils of chalk, clay and flint.
The fruit is hand harvested and gently pressed, then fermented at controlled temperature for several weeks. The wine rests on its lees in stainless steel tanks for about nine months.
The nose offers pear, yellow apple, citrus peel, white flowers, honey and wet stone. The palate is medium-bodied, with ripe orchard fruit, lemon zest and subtle tropical notes.
