Marie Brizard Poire Williams Pear Liqueur

A pear liqueur from Marie Brizard, made with Poire Williams. It is pale straw in colour and has a viscous texture. The nose combines honey and pear. On the palate ripe pear comes first, followed by smooth vanilla, and the finish carries a bright touch of ginger. It can be sipped neat or used in cocktails.
